All you need to know about your stay at Hotel Tofana Cortina

Deposit
A down payment of 30% of the total cost is required and has to be made by bank transfer or online payment by credit card.
Booking confirmation
The reservation at Hotel Tofana Cortina is definitively confirmed once the booking office and the guest have received a final confirmation e-mail. We strongly recommend you that you stipulate travel insurance to avoid any loss in the event of cancellation, change, delay or early departure.
Check-in & check-out
Rooms are available from 2.00 pm on the arrival day until 11.00 am on the departure day. Late checkout is available upon request, subject to availability and a supplement.
Cancellation policy
SUMMER 2025
In accordance with European legislation and unless otherwise agreed, the following cancellation charges will apply in the event of cancellation of the entire booking or changes to the arrival or departure dates (percentages refer to the total price of the stay):
- Up to 7 days before the arrival date: 0% of the total price
- 6 days before arrival/no-show: 100% of the total price
For reservations of groups and for bookings during the 2026 Olympic period, the cancellation policy will be agreed upon confirmation.
WINTER 2025/26
In accordance with European legislation and unless otherwise agreed, the following cancellation charges will apply in the event of cancellation of the entire booking or changes to the arrival or departure dates (percentages refer to the total price of the stay):
- Up to 30 days before the arrival date: 0% of the total price
- 29 to 15 days before arrival: 30% of the total price
- 14 to 7 days before arrival: 50% of the total price
- 6 days before arrival/no-show: 100% of the total price
If the departure date is changed during the stay, 100% of the booked stay will be charged
For reservations of groups, the cancellation policy will be agreed upon confirmation.
Prices
Prices are calculated per person per night and include ¾ board (breakfast, afternoon snack and the 4-course gourmet dinner) or bed and breakfast. Drinks are not included and prices do not include tourist tax of €5.00 per person per night; children under 12 years are exempt.
Dogs
You do not want to give up your four-legged friend during your holidays?
We would be glad to welcome you and your four-legged friend in our House. As a small fee for additional cleaning we allow us to charge 30,00 Euro per day. The right food for your best friend is not included in the mentioned price.
Below you find some general ground rules for a pleasant journey traveling with Your beloved pets and to guarantee the best stay for everyone:
- Dogs are welcome subject to prior notice at the time of booking
- On arrival, your 4-legged friend will find a courtesy kit with a blanket and bowl waiting for them in your room; please remember to bring any other pet accessory you may need during your stay
- To avoid any possible inconvenience, please keep your dog on a leash at all times, both inside the hotel and in the outdoor areas including the car park, playground and terrace
- Pets accompanied by their owners are welcome at the bar and in the main hall; however, they are not allowed to enter other common areas including the dining hall, stube, playroom, fitness studio, wellness area and spa
- Please be informed that hotel linen – i.e. bed linen, towels, napkins etc. - may not be used for pets and pets should under no circumstances be allowed to sit, stand or lie on the beds, sofas, chairs, tables etc. In the event that beds or linen are found to be soiled or damaged, we reserve the right to charge the cost of the damaged goods
- For safety reason, the cleaning staff will not be cleaning rooms where pets have been left unattended. If you are in your room at the time the cleaning staff show up, we ask that you kindly keep your dog on a leash. To facilitate organisation, please inform reception of your most convenient time for room cleaning
- Please do not leave your pets unattended in your room for more than two consecutive hours (day and night)
Olympic period Winter 2026
During the Olympic period some of our services such as ski hire and city taxi shuttle may be subject to change and/or be limited due to special closures that don't depends from the hotel. The reception staff will in any case endeavour to assist you in any of your requests in order to find the best solution.
Please note: During the Olympic period, the slopes and lifts in the Tofane area (Socrepes, Tofana Express, Piè Tofana, Duca d’Aosta, Col Druscè, and Ra Valles) will be closed.
